Can I Return an Item?

Yes, you can return an item if it is unused and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please make sure the jacket is clean and not worn.

How Many Days Do I Have to Return?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send it back for a return.

What Items Can’t Be Returned?

  • Items that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

  • Personalized jackets.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

How Do I Return an Item?

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will need to cover the return shipping cost. Before sending your return, please email us at support@jackethunters.com with your order number and reason for the return.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive your returned item and check it, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

What If the Item Is Faulty or Wrong?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping costs.
