Returns

  • If you’re not satisfied, return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
  • Important: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Items priced below $99 and custom-made jackets are not eligible for returns.

Size Issues

  • We recommend consulting our size chart before purchasing to avoid size-related returns. If you have questions, email us at support@jackethunters.com.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@jackethunters.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Follow our return instructions. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.

Refund Options

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
